My research focuses on the impact of climate change on marine biodiversity. I\u2019m specialized in numerical ecology and modelling. Previously, I have worked as a postdoctoral researcher, successively at the Mediterranean Institute of Oceanography (Marseille), Villefranche Oceanographic Laboratory (Villefranche sur Mer), Oceanology and Geosciences Laboratory (Wimereux) and Monaco Scientific Center (Monaco).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These last years, I have focused part of my work on the modelling of the climate-induced range shifts of the main harvested species in the Mediterranean Sea: small pelagic fishes, demersal fishes and cephalopods. I\u2019m also interested in studying the spread of non-indigenous species in the Mediterranean Sea, that is facilitated by the warming of the Sea.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I participate with enthusiasm in the MERMAID project as a partner in the workpackage 2 \u201cFrom ancient catches to ancient biodiversity\u201d. My aim in the project is to model the ancient spatial distribution of biodiversity using zooarcheological and paleoenvironmental data.
